Proud Decepticon forever & always

I don't seem to remember, but are drawings allowed of the Predacons from the Transformers RID 2003 cartoon? They might count as Decepticons, at least Megatron right? Just a thought 'cause I want to draw Skybite or maybe Megatron from that series, since I recently watched the Black Pyramid episode.  
For whatever reason, I feel like I want to see a drawing of the Stunticon's combined form. I'd draw it, maybe I'll try, but it seems a little more complex than what I'm used too. Perhaps I'll give it a shot at some point.

I have a question about a submission. I'm writing a story that focuses primarily on the Decepticons (in particularly, Megatron, Starscream, and a few Decepticon OC's) but during the course of the story they spend a lot of time at the Ark and Starscream goes to a different planet with Skyfire in one chapter. So should I still submit it or just the chapters that have no Autobots in them? I just don't want to clog up the gallery with stuff that doesn't fit...

somehow this soundtrack from a video game made me draw Starscream sitting on a kings throne, and that drawing made me want to write a fan fiction about it. I was just about to get started on that. but I haven't submitted any fan-fiction since joining deviant art. I can't remember how to submit a story, does it need a certain file format? thanks for any help.
